User Content Permission

USER CONTENT PERMISSION TERMS

By uploading or sharing content (e.g., pictures or reviews) with Bougie Ambition, including any content created using free hair extensions provided by Bougie Ambition, you grant Bougie Ambition and its parent company, affiliates, and third-party providers (collectively referred to as "Bougie Ambition") the permissions outlined below, subject to our Privacy Policy and general site Terms of Use:

You grant Bougie Ambition a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s), and/or other content posted online (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other platforms) that you have tagged with #BougieAmbition or any Bougie Ambition campaign hashtag, including mentioning Bougie Ambition's social media handle @bougieambition.

This includes your social media handle, social media username, profile picture, caption, and location information you may have included in your content ("User Content").

Bougie Ambition may use, reproduce, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and display your User Content in any media, including but not limited to webpages, social media pages, digital media, newsletters, retailer sites, third-party sites, print materials, in-store materials, television, and other broadcast media, for marketing and/or advertising purposes. Bougie Ambition has sole discretion in the use of User Content.

By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content, have obtained permission from any person(s) appearing in the User Content to grant the rights herein, and are not a minor.

You confirm that the User Content is a true and accurate expression of your honest belief based on your use of Bougie Ambition products and that you have disclosed the receipt of any free products or incentives, including free hair extensions provided by Bougie Ambition, in exchange for providing User Content.

You release and discharge Bougie Ambition, and any person acting on Bougie Ambition's behalf, from any liability related to the User Content.

You consent to Bougie Ambition's collection of any personal information you provide, and Bougie Ambition's use and disclosure of that personal information in connection with the use of your User Content as described above. Your personal information may be transferred worldwide and shared with affiliates or other trusted third parties working on Bougie Ambition's behalf. By posting User Content with any hashtag(s), mentioning Bougie Ambition's social media handle, or providing personal information to Bougie Ambition, you agree to such collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of your information in accordance with these Permission Terms, Bougie Ambition's Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws and regulations.
