How many bundles are included at this price?
The price listed is per bundle. Each bundle is sold separately.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
For microlinks, we recommend using 2 bundles. For sew-ins, 3 bundles or more are suggested.
Do I need to co-wash my hair extensions?
Yes, we recommend co-washing your hair extensions before installing them. This will help reveal the true texture and ensure they are ready for styling.
If I place my order today, how long will it take for me to receive my hair extensions?
Your purchase is important to us, and we strive to dispatch all orders on the same day they are processed, provided the order is placed before 1 pm PST from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm, on weekends, and during US holidays will be shipped on the subsequent business day.
Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we do provide store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, provided the order is in sale condition and meets our return requirements.
