At Bougie Ambition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines and procedures for returns:

1. Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Hair extensions must not have been tampered with, altered, or worn.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible return period. You can reach us via info@bougieambition.com.
- Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for reference.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
- Exchanges for a different product or variant are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit may be offered as an alternative.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair extensions, as well as any products that have been personalized or custom-made. Texture Rings are also non-returnable. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Return Exceptions:
- Promotional items, freebies, or gifts included with your purchase are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
