All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns within 5 days from the date of delivery are accepted for store credit only. Eligible items for return must be in their original, unopened, unused condition and in the original packaging, including hair extensions that have not been tampered with, altered, or worn.
